Return Policy:
Once an order has been placed, we start processing immediately, therefore we are not able to issue any refunds. We do not offer returns or exchanges for products unless they arrive damaged or are lost in transit. We take extra care in packaging and handling your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during shipping, and we want to address those issues promptly.
Product Images and description:
Each product is clearly and accurately described to the best of our ability, including relevant details, specifications, condition, and images where applicable. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read and fully understood the product description and agree that the item meets their needs.
We enhance our product photos by adjusting colors for web presentation and removing backgrounds to better showcase the quality and details of our products. Please note that variations in color may occur due to photo editing or individual screen settings. As a result, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges based on dissatisfaction with the coloring or appearance of a product.
Missing items:
If you do not receive an item from you order, please contact us within 3 days. After 3 days, we may not be able to replace the missing item.
Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, we will not be able to replace the damaged product. Please provide detailed information about the damage, along with supporting photos. We will review your request and do our best to solve the issue.
Lost in Transit:
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit and has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer you the choice of a replacement (if available) or a refund for the lost item.
Return Authorization:
If you receive approval from us to return a damaged item, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or promotional materials that were included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition.
